Ghotel Hotel & Living Bochum

I stayed here for 4 nights as part of a business trip. The check in process was smooth and the team were very welcoming. There were some gingerbread biscuits on offer throughout the day which was a nice treat. I had a room on the 2nd floor close to the fitness centre. The room was clean, modern and functional. The bathroom was spacious with a hair dryer and a plug for shavers / electric toothbrushes. The room was a bit cold and AC / Heating unit didn’t seem to work as expected. The downside was the shower with a half glass partition design and a relatively flat floor, This meant that when showering, the water would run off into the bathroom. I had to use the towels provided to clean up after every shower. Breakfast was pleasant with a selection of warm and cold options, various bread and spread options. Juice, water and coffee was readily available. The staff in the restaurant were very good. There is a conference and business centre here located on the first floor. The hotel also offers parking onsite.

Stayed here for one night preceding a football match in Dortmund. Clean, comfortable, friendly and our breakfast was plentiful and decently cooked. Added benefit of a small bar for a late night tipple before bed. Located about a 15 minute walk from restaurants and bars in the town centre. Plenty to see and do in Bochum. Happy to stay here again
